Puhdistamo's Vitamin B12 + Folate is a raspberry-flavored lozenge containing the active forms of vitamin B and active Quatrefolic® folate.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy metabolism and folate to normal psychological functions. Together, they also support the normal functioning of the immune system and help reduce fatigue. The product is quickly absorbed directly under the tongue.
Ideal for vegetarians and vegans, this product provides a convenient source of vitamin B12, often lacking in plant-based diets. Vegan product.
