Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
You have a 14-day right of return and cancellation. You can cancel your entire order or return only some of the products you ordered. The returned products must be unused. Cosmetics must be in unopened original packaging and the packaging must be in a good condition and clean.
How to return a product:
- Send us an email with your order number and information about the product you want to return.
- Wait for confirmation of the return: you will receive the address where you can return the products and instructions on how to pack the product.
- Pack and send the order according to the instructions.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs and also for the return shipping costs. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing the order.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
Leaving a package unclaimed is not the same as a return or cancellation. For an uncollected package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the shipping and handling fee of 15 euros. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
COMPLAINTS
If the product you ordered is damaged or broken, or if the entire package is broken in transit, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the package by email at info@naturadashop.com
Please send us the following information in your email:
- Photo of the damaged or defective product or package
- Order number of your online store shipment
- Description of what happened, explain what is wrong
- Keep the product and its packaging and wait for us to process the complaint and give you instructions on how to proceed.
You can expect a response within 7 business days.
