DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. We offer a flat shipping fee of 4,90€ on all online orders, regardless of the size of your purchase.

Pick-up from Otava is available free of charge. Orders are delivered to Otava on Thursdays at 18:00 and can be collected during opening hours, Wednesday to Sunday from 14:00 to 22:00.

DELIVERY TIME

We always strive for delivery as soon as possible. Our most common delivery times vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates are indicated if the shopping cart contains products that are out of stock. We will notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.

The average delivery time is normally 2-3 business days. During campaigns or other major events, delivery time can be longer than normal. Package storage time is 7 days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. The online store will inform you on its website about exceptional delivery times.
