Puhdistamo Triple Iron 60caps

Puhdistamo's Triple Iron is a strong and versatile iron supplement. It is built on the basis of two high quality iron forms: iron disglycinate and ferrofumarate. Iron bisglycinate and ferrofumarate are both non-heme iron in the Fe2+ form.

The third, unique component of the product is lactoferrin. Lactoferrin is a glycoprotein that contains some iron in itself.

Vitamin C has also been added to the product to further increase iron absorption.

So what do you need iron for? Among other things, iron helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness, and promotes the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. 

Iron levels in the body can be measured by blood tests through haemoglobin and ferritin levels. It is therefore advisable to always measure your own iron levels before taking an iron supplement, as you should not eat too much iron.

For best absorption Puhdistamo's Triple Iron is best taken on an empty stomach. You should also avoid taking calcium supplements and coffee and tea at the same time, as they impair iron absorption.

The product is not suitable for people with milk allergies or vegans.
