Super Complex Vitamin B is a strong and unique combination of effectively absorbable, active forms of vitamin B. It contains all eight forms of B vitamins in the same capsule! Of these, vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B9, for example, help reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

The key functions of each B vitamin:

• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): Essential for energy production and nerve function.
• Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): Involved in energy production, metabolism, and healthy skin and eyes.
• Vitamin B3 (Niacin): Supports normal nervous system function and helps reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.
