How to use?
A single serving of 10–20 g (1–2 tablespoons). Mix one serving with 2-4 deciliters of water, wait 2 minutes, stir again and enjoy 15-30 minutes before training. Mixes most easily in a shaker bottle. One serving contains about 8.5–17 g of amino acids.
