Puhdistamo NAC Complex is a high-quality, holistic amino acid formula that combines N-acetyl-L-cysteine (commonly known as NAC) with active R-lipoic acid, selenium and molybdenum.
Selenium supports the normal functioning of the immune system, contributes to the health of hair and nails, and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Molybdenum supports normal sulfur metabolism in the body. For best results, use together with Puhdistamo Vitamin C.
Vegan, lactose-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and free from fillers.
Please note that NAC products have a natural, characteristic scent. This is due to the product’s natural ingredients and does not affect its quality or effectiveness.
Recommended daily dose: 1–2 capsules per day. Each capsule contains 300 mg of N-acetyl-L-cysteine.
